Dr. Abdul Lateef

Dr. Abdul Lateef has 26 years of research and teaching experience. He joined the faculty of National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Karachi in 1972 after having done M.A. (Administrative Science) from the University of Punjab, Lahore. He did his M.A. in Public Administration from the Australian National University of Canberra in 1983, and was awarded Ph.D. (Policy Analysis) by the Australian National University Canberra in 1996. He is currently Chief Instructor at NIPA, Karachi. He is a visiting lecturer in a number of training education institutions. He has published a number of articles in reputed journals and newspapers.
