Faculty

Mr. Najmul Hassan is an Associate Professor (Retd.) at IBA and also an adjunct faculty member. He has an MBA from IBA and an MS in business with specialization in management accounting from University of Minnesota, USA. He has work experience with ICI Pakistan and Ministry of Agriculture, Government of Pakistan. Mr. Hassan has considerable teaching experience in the areas of management, quantitative analysis, accounting and microeconomics. Courses taught by him include human behaviour, organizational behaviour, behavioural science for management, managerial policy, personnel management, financial accounting etc.
