Dr. Zeenat Ismail is a professor at IBA. She has done her Ph.d from the Institute Of Clinical Psychology, University of Karachi in 1988. Previously, she had been the chairperson of the department of psychology, University of Karachi.

Dr. Zeenat's area of teaching include human behaviour, organizational behaviour and consumer behaviour. She has published 15 research articles of international repute, has attended workshops on communication skills, leadership and ISO 9000. she has also delivered lectures as a guest speaker In a number of institutions.
