LINKS!

Here are some more links that you might enjoy. These links are here for three reasons. Either (one) they are cool places (two) I am morally obliged to include them (i.e. they helped with the building of MY page, etc.) or three, they agreed to put my link on their page if I did the same for them. Regardless of the reason, these are all good links. So make sure to check them out!

Catalog Link is where you can free request catalogs and advertising magazines. Chances are, they'll probably have a catalog that you're interested in.

Bill's Gate This is hilarious! This is a take-off from the Heavens Gate website -- except this one is about Bill
Gates! I love the joke about the Netscape bug. :)

The National Debt Clock This page shows the U.S. National Debt as of the second you load the page.  Hit
reload, and the number jumps a few thousand!  If you'd like to compare, here were the statistics on
            September 21, 1997:  $5,424,663,357,894.17; U.S. Population 268,111,699; each citizens share $20,232.85.

Jundland Wastes This a great Star Wars page, created by one of my friends.

Homer-Center High School This is my High School's webpage, which isn't very exciting. I should probably get around to making one for the school!

Here are some places to go to hear music on the web:
Audio Links
*NetRadio*              Live Concerts                 *Plugged In*              RealAudio Sites

Pepsi also has concerts from time to time.

Some of you might want to build your own webpage for some odd reason. :) Well, you don't really rotating puterhave to know HTML code anymore (thanks to all the editors out there), but I think it's a good thing to know. You get a basic understanding of what really goes on behind the scenes. Plus, if something goes wrong, you can often fix it by editing the HTML. The following are some links that may help you on your way to be a fellow webmaster . . .

To start off, you need some space to store your page. A couple of the major "space providers" are Tripod , which gives 11MB, and Geocities , which also gives you 11 megabytes.  This is a lot of space, and this is usually all that you'd need, unless you have a lot of pages or have large files such as programs or sound files.  I like the URL that you get with  Xoom because it's nice and short.  But I've found that their server response isn't the best.  But it's easy to FTP into Xoom with  http://www.cuteftp.com

Webpage Builder's Toolbox This will help me keep my list short and sweet! Here's a bunch of great linx to help you get started building your own page.

The Button Bin. This is where I got my buttons on my homepage. This is a very well organized site, with lots of buttons and it's all FREE! :)

Animated Gifs Nothin' like some animation to spice up your homepage! Here's a great collection. This cool and FREE service will submit your site to 34 search engines. If you would like to visit their page yourself, go to http://www.addme.com or you can use the handy form below:
