Digital Imagery

All of the images here originate from photographs I shot while traveling through Greece, England, and the United States. I love traveling, and I hope to encourage others to visit new places by conveying some of the energy of the experience in my work.

Methods

After bringing the pictures into Photoshop, I make paths for all the areas I want to focus on. I use filters, hue/saturation, and lots of experimentation to get a final result that surpasses the effect of the original photo. Each photo lends itself to a different look; it's just a matter of getting in there and seeing what works. I love using curves, and many of the vibrant colors seen here were achieved through curves.
