For the next several years I worked as a sales rep, field service and bench technician servicing every category of computer equipment. In 1993 as the need for network support personnel increased, I migrated to Novell and Unix client server support. In 1994 I passed some of the Novell support certifications. In 1995 I had the opportunity to join Children's Heath Care (CHOA) as a Novell admin and desktop support specialist. The organization grew, changed , and merged the Egleston and Scottish Rite Hospitals. As CHOA integrated more NT services, I followed with Microsoft NT MCP and MCSE certifications and then my most recent Cisco CCNA certification. With each company I have eventually reached their senior technical position. It has always been my goal to be the strongest technical asset possible. My next goals are the Win2000 and Checkpoint Firewall certifications with additional training in Oracle data bases. It's my desire to put all of this effort and experience in to a challenging and rewarding new position. ** Employment History ** Children's Health Care of Atlanta: (Formerly Egleston / Scottish Rite hospitals) Network and Desktop Systems Support: November 1995 to Present.
