Play the game and press F10 to pause it. Type OPEN THE DOOR HAL. Unpause the game, and you now have infinite energy! Or, if you cannot get that to work, start the game as normal then pause it, now type in SAMANTHA LYON without spaces and the game should now start with infinite credits and lives.
