This page is dedicated to my mother. She makes excellent, high quality pineapple tarts.

Its purely homemade. She perfected the recipe for over 2 years, and it uses pure butter and home made jam. Her business started for family and friends consumption only. It has now grown into a huge success simply because of its good taste - buttery pastry with plenty of jam which is moist and not too sweet.
