·         Gathering Business requirements and performing Gap Analysis for Latin America business between Compaq & HP systems. Negotiating and finalizing Functionality and Business processes for migrating 3.1i – legacy system to existing 4.6C System.

  • Pricing: Worked on pricing determination module. Integration testing for pricing procedures in North America sales orgs. Testing for internet list pricing conversion. Monitored schedules for data loads into pricing systems like PRISM.
  • Workflow Interface for Sales order: Was a part of an initial team on design specifications & configuration of work items for Inbound Order interface. The main process involved building PDORG- Organizational units, Positions, Jobs. Agent assignment for Tasks. Setting Up notification for Successful posting of application document including identification of application Objects and events that need to be raised, identify task and define event linkage.
  • Return order Interface: Monitoring and supporting delivery interface, that was developed using BDC Sessions. Supporting inbound return order data transfer to SAP interface from CRS – Customer return order system via an ALE IDOC interface.
  • Development of 832/846 Transaction: Part of a team for creation of outbound Price catalog – Custom transaction right from the scratch. This transaction monitors online changes to the pricing condition & Customer Master and queries the SAP change table and reports the Price/ material master changes from the last run date. Major team activities were writing customer specification sheet (CSS) for developing transaction, function modules, Creation of Custom IDOC, Message types, maintaining Partner Profile, Outbound parameters. Scheduling Batch Job in ASHWIN and Monitoring the Price Catalog on a daily basis. Debugging Pricing conditions and resolving errors.
  • Testing & Mapping EDI: interface for major accounts on 850(Purchase order), 855(PO Acknowledgment) and 810(Invoice).   • Worked as a programmer/analyst, analyzing existing systems and processes developed in ABAP. The project involved SAP enhancements using field exits, data elements and user exits. Developed batch and on-line programs.. Developed reports with drill-down and column sort features. Worked with Project systems group writing conversions for person responsible table, Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) elements, project master. Developed interfaces inbound and outbound with the legacy system. Developed Project system reports using ABAP/4. Carried out FI-CO conversions such as Asset master conversion for certain Asset classes. Carried out conversions (BDC) for customer master, customer credit information, A/R open items, Invoice, Credit memos, Debit memos etc. Analyzed behavior of certain ABAP Functions and designed functions to convert amount in figures to words and used these in order printing through SAP Script.
