You enter bravely you won’t be beat
The floorboards creak with one stray step
What horrors lie ahead, you gravely accept
Creepy crawlies, midnights gloom
Ghosts and goblins night of doom
Whispering shrieks, and screams of terror
Watch yourself don’t step in error
Whispers, spiders, webs that snare
Silent horrors that raise your hair
Black light corners and glowing eyes
Now you contemplate your demise
You just can’t run, and you can’t hide
Something is coming eyes froze wide
Heart is pounding breath comes fast
This test of bravery you must pass
Around each corner are creaking doors
At this point you can take no more
Moving forward in the deep dark night
You finally reach the door of light
