A wish to be happy and be free
Young and hopeful, tender be
To have and to hold, promise given
Handed down from Angels in heaven

A wish to have a golden sun
To gallop and hop, forever run
To push all those storm clouds away
And never to come another day

A wish to no longer feel down and sad
To make this life the best to be had
To not be afraid to enter new day
To be blessed in dreams wherever I lay

A wish to give love to my family
Feel the warmth they return to me
To love my pets with all my heart
Until the day that we must part

A wish that God smiles down on me
To make me just what he wants me to be
To cherish my life forever more
This is what Kayla’s wish is for
