Have you ever used GetLastError(), or been given an error number and not known what it means ???
Then this is the utility for you !!!
This little console application needs to be run from a command prompt and takes just one parameter, namely the error number on which you would like some information. A message box is then displayed with text that corresponds to the error number parameter. This has truly global appeal, as the text appears in the operating system language. It is free to use and distribute, as long as no charge is made.
There is no program documentation to download (you've just read it all !!!)
By the way, I have no illusions about this program - it is simple to use and large amounts of time have not been invested in creating a bells-and-whistles user interface. (However, if you do find it useful - please let me know :-))
