The 1st Scout-Guide Website Competition ended with a Prize Presentation on Saturday 18 September 1999 @ Scouts HQ - Bishan. The photograph above shows the winning team in the Scouts division of the competition: Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) together with Albert Ong, one of the Judges from MOE & NCB.
