Senior Analyst 9/2001-present CARS/IS

  • Maintained and enhanced the UNIX shell and Oracle SQL scripts by enhancing the error handling with PL/SQL Exception handlers and coding the shell scripts to catch some errors that previously went unnoticed
  • Provide support for the CARS/IS nightly batch runs
  • Debugged Oracle Stored Procedures for data quality as well as performance.  Worked with the DBA team to create new indexes to enhance performance
  • Developed database trigger to create a timestamp whenever an update was performed on a product table
