Start programs X seconds after starting this application. Very
useful at start up. Some programs need to be loaded before
others. Run the program. It will create a blank "ini"
file in the same folder as the "exe". Edit the ini
file. Up to 2 applications can be started. Set the path name of
the application to run, e.g. "notepad.exe" or
"\Program Files\accessories\myprog.exe" and the time in
TIME1 for FILE1 and TIME2 for FILE2 in seconds.
