    Sauces: I like to make a Curry sauce from Brandy, Brown sugar, lime,
    Coconut milk, Sriricha (chili paste), and the usual spices.
    Reduce the Brandy and sugar in a sauce pan a bit,
    work in the Coconut milk and other ingredients. Mmmm.
