This is an example..
to the left of this paragraph is an lake-effect java applet. I have changed
something, so it runs more smooth. You can also put
another applet here..
.. or even some other GIFs. 
The fling-effect takes lot of memories.. better try to set the
area (width and height) smaller. I set it to WIDTH = 120 and HEIGHT = 40.
You can replace the pic file with any pic you like.
About the lake-effect.. the WIDTH is the same as the pic's width,
the HEIGHT is twice the pic's height less a little bit. eg. if your pic
is 100x40, then you can set the WIDTH to 100 and the HEIGHT to 70.. or try
some other numbers make the pic looks better.
