Download and Install Main Console Application

Well, the first thing is to download the Console application.
You will find the last version in the Eiichiroh Itoh page.
You need to copy the kctrl.dll to the Windows directory of your HPC. Then create a new directory (I like \shell) and copy here all the EXEs in the consxxxx.lzh file.

How do you run the shell program?
Start the console application (double tap console.exe). You will see a blank window; it's OK. Then, start the shell application (double tap ceshel.exe) and you will see:

Type help in the command prompt to see a list of internal commands.
