Erik's Bally Page

I've got an exellent game for my Amiga, named Bally II. It was made by Oliver Wagner in 1989. In February -98, I remembered how cool Bally was, and decided to convert it to PC. It was quite easy to make the game work, but it was hard to make it work exactly like Oliver Wagner's Bally II.

I know there are many games for the PC with the same game concept (take 75% of the screen by building rectangles, and avoid the enemies), but I don't think any game has a better implementation of this than Bally II.

Here it is: BALLY.ZIP (167 K)

This version of Bally is quite old. I have made a better version of it, with more realistic enemy bouncing and better colours, but for some reason it doesn't work anymore. It just hangs where it never hanged before, and I haven't made any backup of my old source code. I'll try to fix it when I get more time.
