Thank you to Activision for experience with the GameCube, Xbox and Playstation2 console systems. I first became interested in a career in computer animation back in highschool at Don Bosco Technical Institute in Montebello. After taking CAD design/architectural drafting and computer information systems, I became dedicated to pursuing computer animation. My first experience with 3d modeling software was with 3ds r4 for dos, doing rough models of a space station for what is now known as the Space Islands Program at Don Bosco Tech. After graduating, I attended college at Pasadena City went over the fundamentals, and then advanced techniques, of gesture drawing, perspective, lighting and color theory, all while teaching myself 3d Studio MAX. I graduated from PCC in the spring of 1999, with an Associates Degree in Computer Science, and An Associates of arts degree in art. for the past year I have been enrolled in Animation courses at Mt San Antonio College in Walnut California. Some of my Maya Projects can be seen in the 3d gallery, but my primary experience animation platform is MAX My current projects are very fun, I am part of a mod team for a Half-Life add-on based on the Robert A. Heinlin Book and Movie: Starship Troopers.I'm currently Modeling and skinning for that team, recreating the Arachnids and other aliens in the mod, as well as technology: (dropships etc.). That site can be found at http://www.zeroping.com/starshiptroopers, and we are working very hard to reach beta stages. However, my current bug projects can be found in the 3d Gallery, as well as some sample animations.. |
