About Me

It only takes a moment to watch a butterfly glide gracefully on gossamer wing across the blue of sky, But oh the sheer enjoyment that such a moment brings, Its beauty lifts my spirits high, all day my glad heart sings. It only takes a moment to give a friendly smile to pay a lovely compliment or share a thought worthwhile. Yet little acts of kindness can cheer some soul along and plant within a lonely heart a joyous vibrant song.

Update: 8/2004 Hi, I was looking through old web pages I had made eons ago and decided to do some upgrading since a ton of things have happened to me since going online in June of 1995. When I look back on the time I spent at the computer typing away in some chat rooms or through email, I would not have called it a total waste of time. I did meet some very interesting people along the way and although only a few of these people I have kept in contact with, the majority has moved on including myself to other various ventures. Since I hadn't mentioned earlier my name is Laura. I was raised in California where I met my hubby of 23 years. I have two children, one dog several cats and fish, yadada yadada... In the early 90s we all moved to Oregon where for awhile we managed a trailer park and also learned what we know about computers and believe me there is never enough to know about computers. They are constantly growing and you will never learn ALL there is to know. Then one day, don't ask me why, we decided to moved to a suburb of Spokane, in Washington State where most of my family live. It had been a transitional era for me having family call or come by in the least expected times, I love it. BUT, now, yet again we are moving. This is thanks to a very sweet uncle of mine who has given me some property north of Spokane. No water as of yet but I am sure we will manage to rectify that problem in time. So through all of this there is one thing that is constant. Life always changes. We always change. Friends come and go. Good friends stay. Small things add up to big things. Big things can be overcome with prayer and faith. Life goes on and if you don't want it to pass you by get up and do something about it. Update coming soon.

Laura
