De-stress formula
Try this easy-to-use formula -- it comes highly-recommended: YOU + X friends + (((X+1) * 2) liters of red wine) + home-cooked meal = total relaxation The above formula is to be applied at least 2 times a week, with one instance being a member of the set {Fri, Sat} and the other being a member of the set {Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu}. In order to keep work-related stress down, the second instance MUST be a member of the second set. This formula has the added advantage of insuring that your work week not exceed 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. And yes, I do indeed practice what I preach 8-p
