Seth Martin is Silver
Medalist at 152! Awesome!
Seth wrestled hard winning:
maj. dec'd 14-4 against D Schreiner. Quarterfinals
11-2 maj dec'd J Ptak. Semifinals - 9-2 over
Mills. Finals loss to Galloway.
Seth has 83 career wins for the
Seals. Far more if you rack up the off season
wrestling he pursued with such commitment. He has
served as an inspiration to his teammates on and
off the mat. He IS a Champion Seals
wrestler.
The last Seal wrestler to medal
at States was in 1973-1974 Dave Becker took
gold.

Districts were February
23rd at Milton High School. Very exciting for quite
a few individual Seals.
With some outstanding season records, quite a
few Seals were victorious at Districts. Jeremy
Wenrich 105 - 30-3, Zach Gill 26-3, Seth Martin an
incredible 32-0 with 21 falls, Kevin Heckman 20-14,
Jered Moyer 23-7, and Jay O'Hora 26-6 with 19
falls.

The Wrestling Association Banquet for wrestlers
from Elementary through Junior High and Varsity
High School will be held at the Selinsgrove Middle
School this year. Contact Tom Badman for more

Our heartfelt condolences go to
the Martin family. Aaron "Pop" Martin has died. He
was a true Seals Wrestling fan. He offered
encouragement to many of the boys in victory and
more importantly, in defeat. He will be sorely
missed.
