- You need to know what modem/sound card you have, to find out:
- Read your system credentials sheet
- Try www.windrivers.com for a neat identification chart. To use this chart you will have to open your case and read the FCC ID number off of your card.
- Once you have that info you can Visit Packard Bell to find out more, use the chart below to jump directly to the info you need.
- If you need a driver my Downloads and Driver page can point you to a couple of places to get drivers for your sound card/modem.
