To move around in the scene, use the following keys:

  i - move up 10 meters.
  j - move left 10 meters.
  k - move right 10 meters.
  m - move down 10 meters.
  a - roll left 2 degrees.
  f - roll right 2 degree.
  s - change heading 2 degrees to left.
  d - change heading 2 degrees to right.
  e - pitch down 2 degrees.
  c - pitch up 2 degrees.

Location is El Mirage Airport, located near El Mirage
Dry Lake near El Mirage, California.

Terrain is drawn using DTED data.  Currently only two
levels of detail are implemented.
