Founded by a dynamic and civic-minded lady almost two decades ago, BECMEN Service Exporter & Promotions, Inc. was born to address this trend of supplying "world class" human resources abroad. BECMEN (derived from the initials of its President and from the phrase "Best Classified Men" started it's operation in 1980 as a single proprietorship and was eventually registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a stock corporation in 1987 and eventually licensed by the Philippine Overseas and Employment Administration (POEA).
