Catch Missingno
missingno, or on some peoples games, 'm, is on the east coast of Cinnabar Island. before going there you must first go to the guy in veridian who asks if you're in a hurry, say no and he will show you how you catch pokemon. now fly to cinnabar and surf up and down the coast. the screen will go black longer than normal but low and behold it's a missingno, you have two choices, catch it and use it's overwhelming power in battle or faint it and get more than 99 of the 6th item on your item list. if you capture it rememder that it has bad defense so I would recomend giving it lots of iron. |

Catch level 100 or above pokemon
after catching or fainting a missingno keep surfing up and down, you'll see other missingnos but also some of the various pokemon at levels above 100. I myself have seen a Snorlax at L140. take extreem caution when catching, they are very powerful. (pokemon types may vary with every cartridge, so don't be upset if you don't catch a Snorlax.) |

Get over 100 of any item
if you come across a Misingno. and faint it you may notice that your 6th item slot has a 9 and a funny symbol. as you use this item it will count down to 0 then go to 9 and a new symbol. as soon as it gets to 99 then that's your real limit, in other words it won't go back to 99 after you use this last amount. you might want to faint another missingno. when you get to about 9 or 10. this works very well on rare candies. |
