Working as Vice President (Software Division), Pathfinder
Group. The responsibilities include development of I.T.
policies, management of compliance issues, management of
the team and team resources, analysis, design and development
of the information systems, implementation of the developed
systems, and business process re-engineering.
During this period several in-house projects were designed,
developed, and implemented pertaining to information systems,
B2C e-commerce solutions, and account management systems.
Also providing consultancy assistance to the sister organizations
i.e. SMS (Security Management and Services), SVT (Satellite
Vehicle Tracking), ESS (Electronic Safety and Security),
CIT (Cash in Transit), SMS Couriers, Social Pages, Defence
Journal, and Dynavis (Marketing company) pertaining to their
needs in connection with I.T. functions and their business
process re-engineering.
