By choosing Canadian Computers not only do you get the personal service you want and deserve; you also help stimulate the local economy. You see, we also use local Canadian suppliers for all of our computer parts and systems. At Canadian Computers putting money back into the community is just as important to us as giving our valued customers the service they want and deserve.
What can Canadian Computers do for me?
Simply put; everything we possibly can!
Canadian Computers will visit your home at your convenience to solve your computer problem, install hardware or software, upgrade your computer, or whatever else needs to be done at a reasonable price. Canadian Computers carries a full list of top of the line computer components and systems to assist us in solving all of your problems. If Canadian Computers can find a solution to your dilemma we will do it. If we can't, you don't pay. That's right; if you have a computer problem that Canadian Computers can't solve you don't pay for the time we spend on that problem.
Canadian Computers is available for home service after 6:00pm Monday thru Friday and 9:00am to 9:00pm Saturday and Sunday.

How will Canadian Computers solve my computer problems?
Canadian Computers will come directly to your home to solve your problem at no extra charge. Service is the main goal of Canadian Computers and we will do everything we can to make things right for you. This includes upgrades, hardware and software installs, trouble shooting, and sales. If Canadian Computers can not solve a problem you do not pay. If we can not find a solution to your problem you don't pay for the time spent on that problem.

Canadian Computers is based on customer service. We come to your
home and fix your computer at a reasonable price at your convenience.
We guarantee our work with a if we can't fix it you don't pay policy.
You'll also be assured
that your hard earned money is going back into your community, not to a
large American corporation. Canadian Computers is just that wholly
Canadian owned and operated. We also use local Canadian owned and
operated suppliers for all of our computer components and systems.
If we can't fix it you don't pay: This refers to specific problems. When arriving at the site for service a list of problems will be taken and each problem will be addressed separately. If one of the listed problems can not be resolved then the time spent troubleshooting that particular problem will be taken from the total bill. Times are broken down into 15 minute increments at a cost of $10.00 per quarter hour.
Canadian Computers warranty and exchange policies: Canadian Computers is not responsible for lost data before, during, or after service. Home service calls are not guaranteed. Canadian Computers offers an exchange policy on all hardware. If within 7 days you are not satisfied with the hardware you received contact Canadian Computers for an exchange. Sorry but due to restrictions from our suppliers we cannot offer any refunds.
Minimum Charge: There is a 1 hour minimum charge for all home service calls.
