Senior System Engineer ( R&D Department ) 

  • Managed and lead a team to develop Short Messaging System (SMS) applications such as E-Mail Notification, and SMS via Internet.(Oct. 1999)
  • Designed and Developed a video conferencing application prototype over IP network using object oriented analysis and design (Unified Modeling Language and Rational ROSE Tools), Visual C++ and MFC.(July 1999)
  • Leading a group for setting setup a software development environment for CELCOM R&D that include the CASE tools, software methodology and process, and programming languages. ROSE, Unified Modeling Language, C++, Visual C++, and Java are proposed as CELCOM R&D standards. Training's on C++, UML, and ROSE were conducted to R&D developers. (April 1998)
  • One of the technical team member in responding the Malaysian Super Corridor (MSC) Concept Request For Proposal for smart school and electronic government. (November 1997)
System Engineer ( R&D Department ) 
  • Developed a platform-independent electronic file submission application using Java for engineering department at Vanderbilt University. Submission application is currently deployed in the engineering Department. (May 1997)
  • One of the team member in the development of NovRic System on Linux platform. NovRic System allows Ericsson subscribers to roam to Novatel service area using the same mobile phone. My responsibility is to develop the database and GUI. The NovRic system is currently operational at TRI/CELCAM, Cambodia. (August 1995)
  • Developed an Expert System for Intelligent Network Node (MINN) automation for network trouble shooting using Nexpert Shell.(June 1995)

  • One of the team to develop a user interface framework to simplify the processing of creating the GUI. The NovRic and MINN expert system GUI were developed using this user interface framework. My responsibility including design overall system, developed the data structure and conducting a tutorial session. (March 1995)

  • Developed an automatic report generation software to extract the comment from C++ file header and generates the appropriate Latex file to automate the program documentation (December 1994).
