* MBA thesis was “An Action Research of Information and Related Technologies Transformation and Governance Frameworks for Telecommunication Industry”, where its management consulting proposal (MCP) was seeking for an integrated approach for implementing the selected frameworks with focus in the telecommunication industry.
* The thesis discussed an executive overview about well-known frameworks such as ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT), Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Management of Risk (M_o_R), eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers (eSCM-SP), Telecom Operations Map (eTOM), Six Sigma, The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
* The contents of the thesis discussed the identification and definition of the problem (Diagnosing), considering alternatives courses of action (Action Planning), selecting a course of action (Taking Action), studying the consequences of an action (Evaluating), and identifying general findings (Specifying Learning)
Management
* Departmental and teams management with direct and indirect leadership of 50 resources, including full time employees, contractors, outsourced and other resources.
* Management of CapEx and OpEx budget of USD 10M and ensuring alignment with Corporate Finance directions and guidelines

* Overall Management of IT Corporate Systems department in du with 99.999% availability, hosted in a highly available, secure and scalable environment with more than 300 servers for 4000 users, 3 main head quarters, and more than 24 offices spread geographically in UAE.
* Overall management of Corporate Messaging Systems projects and operations which includes, email messaging, email anti-virus and anti-spam, unified communications, and electronic fax system.
