To
prolong the life of cooler by using a combination of
aluminium and plastics. The form is rectangular in
elevation, and semi-circular in plan. Enhancing the
cooling capacity of the cooler by increasing the surface
area of cooling. Improvement in the aesthetics and
functionality. Enhancing safety of the cooler by
designing body in four interlocking parts. Provision of
an additional water inlet to avoid the opening of panels
of the cooler.

Improvement of aesthetics and safety of the
door bolts. No exposed screws on the surface of the door
bolt. Simplification in the process of locking mechanism.
Easy to fix the bolt to the door. Reduction in cost &
time of production; and reduction in post-extrusion
machining functions.
