Working for Alberta Blue Cross has been a great experience for me personally. The organization is one of the most efficiently run places I have worked at. The people I work with are second to none. They are a dynamic bunch of individuals who have become like my "family" away from home.
The way the company treats their employees is truly something all other organizations could learn from. It feels just like home when I work there since I have my own desk, computer, phone, and a beautiful view of downtown. The organization goes out of its way to make sure that each employee feels at home -- and we really feel this sense of Blue Cross pride.
Over the summer, I had the opportunity to work on several projects with the Clinical Pharmacists in my department. These projects were not only enjoyable but they were also a way for me to develop and enhance many skills both on a personal and occupational level.
I could go on about my wonderful experience of working at Alberta Blue Cross. It has been such a great summer that I just had to stay on with them for the school term. I am really looking forward to another great summer with the company!
