This game requires Nintendo's Zapper Light Gun accessory. You play the role of Baby Boomer, a baby who must have the way ahead cleared for him so he can get to the milk and make it thru to the next stage. While you do this you must also get rid of insects and other animals that will try to hurt Baby Boomer.
Not too far into the first level and a rat runs up behind Baby Boomer. Shoot it to save it and shoot the milk you see, while trying to clear any obstacle you may see. Its a very challenging game and a great one at that.
