During February 1999 the Sun has staked 47 geomagnetic quiet (A<20 nT) and 9 geomagnetic stormy (A>20nT) semi-diurnal intervals (GSIs) : Febr.11, second; Febr.12, both; Febr.17, first; Febr.18,  both; Febr.19, both; Febr.28,second.
SEC has predicted all  GQIs and none of GSIs.
SSM has predicted 40 GQIs and 2 GSIs (underlined above).
