Interests

Music: Any free time one could see me hanging around with my walkman. Such has been my passion for music. Just love listening to the songs in the 80s which was probably the brightest in Tamil music when the pair of Illaiyaraja and S.P.B gave their best. Of recent times like listening to Rehman's songs. Some of his songs have really been foot tapping. Hindi songs too make a way into my list and of course, the Jackson numbers too.

Cinema: Going to movies was a favorite past time. I've a passion sort of for the Rajini starrers, but of recent times the romantic ones have been my favorite since the Rajini starrers have been drastically reduced. Of the stars whom I love watching on screen other than the superstar, KamalHaasan in tamil, Mohanlal in Malayalam and Shahrukh in hindi, have been my other priorities. I do watch movies which have a directorial touch and of these its been the ManiRatnam movies. Speaking about the Hollywood cinema I do watch most of them ,where the JackieChan movies, the James Bond starrers and the Spielberg directed ones have been among my top priorities.

Sports: Watching and playing cricket was a sort of passion since my interest towards the game was so much. Just love seeing any match played,be it the old greats or live on TV and of course I do make it through the internet too. Sachin and Kapil have been my favorites. Other than cricket I do watch tennis and foot ball. Turning on to the indoor ones I do love playing carrom and sometimes Scrabble.

Television: The evening times are recently being dominated by television programmes. The emergence of satellite television and the great height it has taken in recent times have been one of the reasons for my spending time on television.The recent serials have played a major role other than movie oriented but the latter has been restricted recently due to its repetitiveness. Do watch the cricket oriented programmes like Inside Cricket and when its cricketing time never fail to see all the live action.
