I am going to get back to this but am going to like the phone that I presently use, the Intertan 17-8001 which was sold by Radio Shack and made by Uniden, CP-550.
NAM Type: EEPROM Programmed through the keypad ESN Prefic DEC:172, HEX: AC Number of Channels:832 Power On and select a NAM 1 or 2 NAM 1: 1 STO 90 NAM 2: 2 STO 90 Power Off Power up while holding the * and # keys The Roam.No Svc.In Use and M lighs should display Release the * and # keys Enter 51609891 for the Intertan Enter 32218591 for the Unden SID will display This can get abit confusing at first but is easy Enter a step number, the info for that step and thenand continue on to the next. Step Nam info Number of digits 0 System ID 5 XXXXX 1 Local Use 1 0 or 1 2 MIN Opt 1 0 or 1 3 Phone Number 10 XXX-XXX-XXXX (Step may not be displayed 4 Initial Paging Ch 3 333 or 334 5 Access Overload 2 XX 6 Preferred System 1 1(A) 9(B) 7 Group ID 2 XX 8 Lock Code 4 XXXX 9 DTMF Duration 1 0 (100ms) or 1 (Continous) To review the parameters RCL Step # STO to exit When done press SEND Press END to Exit Change NAM and repeat to program the other NAM When using the phone the following commands are used RCL 00 Last number called RCL 01 to 30 Number directory Number to Save STO 01 to 30 to store a number to the directory RCL 63 Nam number selected 1 STO 63 Select Nam 1 2 STO 63 Select Nam 2 RCL 65 Signal Strength RCL 88 Ban select 1 STO 88 Scan A Only 2 STO 88 Scan B Only 3 STO 88 Home only 4 STO 88 Standard AB or BA depending on prefered programmed into NAM 5 STO 88 Inverted BA or AB 6 STO 88 Scan SID number progamed into 72 Sid# STO 72 Program SID number
