Israel is the only country in the world that uses the Daylight Saving Time and do not have a fixed date for it.
This creates a very unique problem: most computers in Israel are not correctly set.
Now this is not a big problem for most persons. The clock is correctly set, everything seems to be OK. On the first day of the Summer time, anyway we have to go round the house and check every clock. Ditto when we return to Standard time. Usually, the time has to be manually ajusted. In addition, one other day the time may jump by one hour (accompanied by a message that nobody really understand, stating that the Daylight Saving Time is over, or starting).
For companies working with a large number of computers, this may be a problem. In Microsoft Outlook, the Calendar times are always transformed in GMT format. When somebody in Jerusalem (at GMT+02) sets a Conference Call with somebody in Tokyo (at GMT+09), Outlook knows how to translate the time so that if the call shows at 10:00 in the morning in Jerusalem, it will show at 17:00 for the Japanese. If the computer in Israel is not correctly set, somebody will miss his call...
On a smaller scale, if 2 colleagues working in the same office have different settings, they will have a similar problem.
So now, What I propose is a simple program that simply checks the settings and correct them. Here are a few remarks:

update your definitions if you don't want. Also, make sure you are running the good version
(Every year a different program).
Companies can get a customized version for a very modest fee. Customization includes:
