When is the next version of StyxVis going to be available ?
I've been playing with some stuff which I may one day form StyxVis 2.0, but my time is being invested into other activities and my enthusiasim for more Winamp development is waining. So the short answer is, when its done.
Can you add feature .... to StyxVis ?

Refer to the README.TXT file which comes with the plugin.
How do I install a plugin ?
Copy the DLL (vis_styx.dll) into the plugin folder (probably c:\program files\winamp\plugins). Select "StyxLord Visualization Lib v1.1" in Winamp as the current plugin (you can get to plugin selection a number of ways, the simplest being CTRL+K). The Start button on that Dialog Box will start StyxVis and your ready to go. To change StyxVis settings right click on the StyxVis window.
How do you write plugins ?
Get the SDK and a compiler. The SDK (which is really just some valuable sample code) can be grabbed from Winamp's home page in the plugin section under development. You can get a free compiler from Cygnus but your best bet is to use Microsoft Visual C/C++ which is currently at version 6 SP1.
How do you do spectrum analysis ?
Use a FFT. But you don't need to know this if you want to write a plugin since Winamp provides Spectrum data to the plugin directly.

No. Download it off the Web.
Can you send me other plugins ?
No.
Can you send me MP3s

Will you release the source code for StyxVis ?
No plans to do so at this time.
