These
pictures were taken last Aug 30, 1997 in Bridgeport, CT during
the class reunion of Davao City High School's finest Datu Bago'87, at the same
time a 'welcome party' for , who failed to get in touch with the
rest of the class for the past 10 years, and also a despidida for
Henry Facundo, the class valedictorian,who just
finished his Doctorate for Entomology at Cornell
University
in New York. The genius who just returned back home as a
professor at the University
of the Philippines, Los Banos (UPLB) in Laguna, last Sept. 20 , also
spent a weekend in our place here in Iselin,
New Jersey
prior to his departure. Good luck, Manok. Other attendees were Ellen
de Peralta(the
bride-to-be host), Leah Edna Cabrera-de Castro with her loving husband Mike de
Castro
and kid, Judith Mamacos-Darlucio and company, Bella Perin, the pride of Bronx, NY(kantahan
niya pa sana ako next time na magkikita kami) and other invited
guests from Bridgeport. Coincidentally it was the night Princess Di and her boyfriend were involved in a
fatal car accident which resulted to the death of the duo.
