·          Assigned as IMPAC Purchasing Officer responsible for purchasing items on the civilian economy for the battalion S-3 section

·          Responsible for compiling the battalion monthly Unit Status Report

·          Responsible for compiling and maintaining the battalion master training calendar

 

                                M1A1 Tank Company Executive Officer

·          Served as second in command of an M1A1 Tank Company consisting of 64 soldiers and over $70 million worth of vehicles, weapons, and equipment

·          Responsible for managing a 10 soldier vehicle maintenance and combat repair team

·          Responsible for maintaining communications with and reporting all actions taken by the company to higher headquarters in combat situations

 

                M1A1 Tank Platoon Leader

·          Responsible for the training, accountability, health and welfare of 15 soldiers

·          Responsible for the maintenance and combat readiness of 4 M1A1 tanks worth in excess of $11 million

·          Assigned as Arms Room Officer in charge of the accountability, security, and maintenance of all weapon systems, night-vision optics, and secure navigation/communication devices assigned to the company, worth in excess of $20 million

·          Assigned as Unit Movement Officer responsible for the logistical planning, preparation, and deployment of all equipment and personnel assigned to the company for Joint Operation Foal-Eagle 1999 to the Republic of South Korea

·          Assigned as battalion civil and public affairs officer for National Training Center Rotation 98-10, responsible for personally questioning and escorting all civilians found in the task force area of combat operations, preparing all soldiers in the task force for media encounters, and speaking to the media on behalf of the task force commander

Experienced in many database tools including MS Access, Visual Basic, Data Architect, and SQL. Possesses good working knowledge of PC hardware, HTML, CGI, C/C++, and COBOL. Currently completing work on the Networking Essentials portion of the MCSE+Internet certification.
