The Mercedes-Benz W123 model series

     Welcome to the Mercedes-Benz W123 Place. This site is dedicated to the W123 body style which was the Mercedes-Benz middle-class sedan from 1976 to 1986. The W123 body represents the final evolution of the "classic" Mercedes dating back to the age before the wind tunnels. Its styling follows the ideals of the Sixties, with very slightly indicated "wedge" shape and the perfectly right amount of chrome.

The site is ordered into these sections;

History Course
In this section you will find some information about the history of the W123 and what where it’s predecessors and successors. You can also see what other models where in production at the same time and also visit other sites dedicated to those models.

Technical Corner
Here you will find technical information on the W123, like what where the models and what engines where used, when they where in production, how many units where made, fuel consumption and so on.

Owners Connection
This section is my attempt to make the site a interactive place where owners can share and exchange information. You can submit information about your W123 and tell others about your experience with the car. Here you will also find a Message-Board where you can post messages to start a discussion. If you want to chat with someone else interested in the W123 you might want to visit the new "W123 Chat" in this section.

Workshop/Garage
If you are looking for a spare part for your W123 or if something is not working, you might try visiting this section. You will find some useful links to sites helpful to Mercedes owners here.

Photo Gallery
In this section you will find official photos of W123’s. These are photos I have found on the internet and I take no credit for. There are also some photos here of my own car.

Links
This is the link-section and very soon I decided that there would be no sense in maintaining it myself since there are already very good link-lists to be found on the net. You can also submit your own links here if you like.
