Icons are the most common thing in the world of Windows. They are the interface with which the user interacts with to access Windows. All these things are relevant, but most of all -- icons are fun!
<p>
You can make millions of variations and kinds of icons using an icon editor. I myself use Application Studio, a portion of the C++ program. Although it may not be a versatile as other icon editors out there, it serves its purpose well. A popular icon editor out there is the <a href="http://www.impactsoft.com/muangelo/muangelo.html" target="Home">MicroAngelo Editor</a>.
