Bicycle touring, hiking, fun stuff. This page is in the SiliconValley neighborhood, right? Well, there are a few techie things here. But I refuse to be one-dimensional – there are some other interesting topics here, too. Let me know what you think.
Yeah, the Bay area is too crowded. The air isn’t as clean as we’d all like. And there’s urban sprawl in all directions. But if you have a bike, or a pair of hiking boots, there are a few rather nice places around the area.

You find statues, murals, fountains everywhere. Each has some combination of historic, grotesque, dramatic, tragic, graceful and other attributes.
