EnRus - tcl and tk interface that works with textual (plain or gzipped) dictionary bases. It is freeware, with no warranty of any kind (in terms of GNU Public License).

enrus-data-19990718.tar.gz (~2,9Mb) - English-Russian dictionary base, contains 68,000 records.
