* How must I name folder for VMB?
You can name it, as you want. In my descriptions I use VMB name.

* Can it be inside other folders?
Yes, my program correctly use existing path to its folder.

* Must all MIDI files be in one folder called MIDI?
Yes, the program is written in such suppose. Please don't use any subfolders in MIDI folder!

* Where play lists must be placed?
They must be in MIDI folder together with MIDI files.

* Why VMB has two play lists?
VMB really has two play lists. One is stored in fulllist.txt file and contains
information about all files in MIDI folder. The second - mylist.txt is a play list of your choice - maybe you don't want to listen all MIDIs today. File mylist.txt have priority over fulllist.txt file.

* My play list is empty. Why?
VMB can't find any play list. Please check that mylist.txt or fulllist.txt (or both together) exist in MIDI directory. To create fulllist.txt for the first time you may use
my template or form it yourself in text editor. Don't be afraid to try, it's too easy!

* How to edit play list in text editor?
Please read a
special help page about it.

* Why VMB can't see my MIDI file?
Maybe it is not in MIDI folder, as VMB suppose. Please note that being a simple program VMB can't also support subfolders inside MIDI folder.
It may be useful to check that file name is written correctly in the play list.

* Why VMB began to start so long?
While initialization, VMB counts total play time. For this aim it must open every MIDI file in the play list. So if your play list is large, you have to wait a little.
As you see it's a good idea to delete unused files from your play list or better to select part of them to
mylist.

* Where can I get more "Ventures" MIDIs?
Visit my
link pages and download MIDI you like yourself. I advice you to begin with Don Walker's collection.
Or maybe just write me a letter to get some archives.
