This helped a lot, especially for the end-block sizing.
Bending Padauk is relatively easy but it also warps unless held in
form while drying.
Glueing in the lower bout end block, first.
Another home-made clamp, necessary!

This wood comes up green wherever the glue or water touches it.

Walnut fretboard.
Here's the pegbox. Bottom view with the lower extention block being
attached.
This block gives the illusion that the sides extend forward under the
pegbox.

Bottom layers are Ebony, Holly and Padauk.
Ebony is the visible floor of the pegbox.
