DRAM. Because it is TSOP w/50pin so it should be x16. You
can find one vacancy patturn of DRAM. Right hand QFP, I
don't know the IC. (･･;)
PCB itself is something better than genuine one.

It should be 16Mbit(2MB)
It is by AMD. Type 2 TSOP that shorter side has
outerleads.

Hight of board is
defferent. Maybe PalmIII requies such shorter board hight.
