    Ø Participated in the planning of the new Branch Technology Architecture that is supposed to become the new Client/Server business platform to account managers of the bank. Budget: US$ 14 million - estimated 2 years

    Ø Participated in the specification of 300+ branch transactions for the new platform

    Ø Evaluated development plans upon Microsoft WDNA platform presented by vendors of banking solutions according to the specification designed
