User is unable to receive any mail. Has had new Lotus Notes account for two weeks now.

12/03/98 09:41 AM Jeff Fisher - Checked out users account, seemed to be setup properly. Opened users mail database, lots of mail in the inbox. Not sure what the problem is here. LVM for user to call me back.
